It looks like the battle of the Sleds has began. Polaris just released a new 800Rmk that is boasting 154 HP and with a wieght of 489lbs. which isnt all that bad. And if it handles and rides like the 600RMK then it will be a pretty sweet sled to have. Ski doo on the other had kept the 151 HP like last year only completly re-vamped tha chassis and pretty much everything else. The ski-doo is coming in as the lightests 800 in the world 429lbs to be exact. Which is unheard of and totally insane. I know a guy that is going to ride one tomorrow in fairview Utah. So we will see how it performs. Yamaha has built a sled that is patterned after there race sled (the apex hasn't change as far as I know) that is churning out 130HP and looks like its a more rider foward postion. The yamaha FX Nytro MTX looks like a fun snowmobile to bad it weights in at 544lbs for the non reverse model and 553 for the reverse. Needless to say the 4-stroke is supposed to have heaps of torque and its supposed to be really easy to ride. As for Arctic cat nothing has come out of there shop so I dont have a update on them...
